Nano model railroading is model railroading at a scale of 1:1,000. How on earth is this possible? Quite frankly, at the moment I don't know how possible it is but the technology exists to do it. So I'm going to have a go.

Latest test run
I've been busying myself in the run up to the Granite City Train show and just to prove it here's some video of the latest progress.
Okay, Ian... I've looked this over and must admit it looks like the ultimate in micro-layouts. One thing comes to mind, however... It looks like for now, you're stuck with a simple curved rectangle of track. I gather is uses a magnetic induction technique to hold the pieces in place and move them. Have you tried cutting and re-connecting the track yet? Since it appears to be a flexible printed circuit, any thoughts on making your own layouts from a standard hard PC board kit? I'm looking forward to the report from the show. Cheers! Stan
